Q. How do I download my videos?A. Log on using your user name and password, then go to the administration area and your purchased video will be available for download.

Q. What happens if I lose my videos?
A. Log on to the administration area and you can re:download your purchased products.

Q. Can I stream my videos
A. Yes you can stream your videos. Log in to the administration area using your user name and password. You can then access your purchased product. You will see that there is a 'stream' option.

Q. When I stream my videos keep buffering?
A. Our products are recorded in full HD therefore you will require adequate bandwith in order to stream.

Q. If my product keeps buffering what other options do I have?
A. You always have the 'download' option where you can download your product to your desktop.

Q. Can I share my videos?
A. You cannot share your videos with others. All of our products are purchased on a limited license basis (please see our terms and conditions)

Q. Am I entitled to a refund?
A. In certain circumstances yes. Please view our refund policy for more information as to whether you are entiled to a refund.

Q. Can I make suggestions regarding future products?
A. Yes you can. Please feel free to use our 'suggestion box' facility and we will be happy to view your suggestions.

Q. What happens if my product does not download?
A. Log into your account and go to the administration area where you can download your video again.

Q. What happens if I cannot see my purchased video in my account area?
A. There is of course the possibility that your purchase was interrupted, check with your payment method that the purchase was completed.

Q. My purchase was made yet I cannot see my video in the account area?
A. Please email us within 24 hours proof of purchase and purchase details and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Q. My product has downloaded and there is something wrong with the file?
A. Please email us within 24 hours and we will try and resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Q. Can we contact you by phone?
A. Unfortunately not, we are only available via email.

Q. When am I entiled to a discount?
A. These offers are clearly displayed on the site.

Q. How do I create an account?
A. Click on the 'create an account' tab and enter your details. Our system will then send you an automated email.

Q. Can I receive up to date product information?
A. Yes you can please sign up to our mailing list when registering.

Q. Can I edit my personal details?
A. Yes you can. Log on to the administration area and you can change your details here.

Q. I can't remember my user name or password what do I do?
A. Click on the recovery tab and follow the instructions.
