1. Customers will be entitled to a full refund if the product is unable to be downloaded due to technical problems with the pro music tutor website. Customers will also be entitled to a refund if there is found to be a fault or error with the downloaded product.
2. Customers are not entitled to a refund if the item has been â€œdownloadedâ€.
3. In order to claim a refund you must inform the company in writing within 24hours that you have not been able to download your product or the reason for the fault or error.
4. If you have not been able to download your product due to technical issues on our behalf, we will re-credit your credit or debit card with the full amount within 30 days.
5. The company reserves the right to replace the product if faulty in place of a refund.
