5 London Music Venues to Visit in 2015

If you are still pondering what your New Year resolution should be, we have a perfect suggestion for you! You should try to visit at least one of these following music venues in London next year, as they have some exciting shows in store for you!

Bush Hall

Bush Hall is an iconic London music venue that has seen the likes of Kings of Leon and The Killers perform there. The venue itself is a fantastic, historical building, which has been through a lot, as it was under bombardment during the Blitz.

2015 is going to be another busy year at Bush Hall and you have plenty of different acts to choose from. We definitely recommend catching Ibeyi and Trinity Roots at Bush Hall. The venue covers all sorts of music genres, providing you a wide range of music from rock to soul.

Café Oto

If you enjoy a bit of smooth saxophone sounds and feel inspired when surrounded by jazz and quirky, musical surprises, then Café Oto is the place to be. The venue is a lovely open space venue, with a little café to provide you with something to snack and drink while you enjoy the music.

The café hosts live music seven nights a week, so you’ll definitely have plenty of opportunities to enjoy this venue next year. You can see details of the acts from the website.

Rhythm Factory

If you are after music from hip-hop to dub step, then Rhythm Factory in Whitechapel is a great venue to visit in 2015. The venue is a little rough around the edges, but it has that funky underground vibe to it and it was the venue for Babyshambles’ first gig.

There’s music every night and the venue even has a great nightclub to visit, if you want to shake some moves. It is a popular, buzzing spot for young people.

The Chapel of the House of St Barnabas

The House of St Barnabas is a fantastic charity working in the heart of Soho to help homeless people find their way back into the society. The Chapel is part of the organisation and it has now started to host amazing music events.

The location is breath taking and intimate, with a great selection of emerging talent performing. There isn’t yet much information about the specific events taking place in 2015, but you can find out the events from the website as soon as they are confirmed.

The Enterprise

The Enterprise in Camden prides itself as one of the remaining authentic pub venues in London and it is a great place for listening to music. It is mainly a rock-focused venue, but there are plenty of different things to discover.

Furthermore, if you’ve fine-tuned your own guitar playing skills to the max, you can enter the open mic night every Wednesday! You’ll also be able to get your stomach full with tasty burgers before you start your head banging!
